    Hatton Castle is a beautifully appointed house, surrounded by extensive policies of lawns, lochs, gardens and woodlands, it has been the country seat of the Duffs since 1709, when the first Alexander Duff of Hatton bought the dilapidated Place of Balquholly, which had been in the Mowatt family since the early 1300's

    Overlooking lochs and woodland, all eight bedrooms and bathrooms are different, each decorated to complement its particular furnishings and paintings. The estate can lay on a variety of different activities and there are many attractions in the area.
