Broadlands Guest House - Walking, sailing, cycling,golf, fishing are all near by.

Broadlands Guest House is the home of Brian and Janette Grundy.We have five well appointed recently refurbished ensuite rooms.Two are double bedded,two are family/twin rooms each with a double bed and a single bed and have lovely views overlooking Ellerthwaite Park, and one is a cosy double bedded room which is offered as a single,or a small double.

We offer a traditional Cumbrian breakfast using local produce,we have a range of cereals and juices, freshly brewed coffee and tea,and always have a brimming bowl of fresh seasonal fruit.

We have plenty of information on places to visit either by foot, car, boat,or the excellent local bus service,open top on a good day.We are situated in a quiet road two minutes walk from the shops bars and restaurants of Windermere and a 15 minute stroll to the Lake and facilitiesof Bowness Village.We often offer seasonal special breaks so please enquire or check our web site for details.

We regret we are unable to accept children under the age of 10 years.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests we are strictly non smoking throughout our home.The local Tourist information centre is a 10 minute walk from our home as is the local Railway Station.We look forward to meeting our guests and are always happy to help offer any advice you may require. Should you be a golfer you will have an interest in common with Brian as he is an avid player.
