1 Park Road Les Routiers Accommodation - All of our extremely spacious, high-ceiling rooms can comfortably cater for singles, couples and families up to four.

1 Park Road is award winning contemporary Les Routiers accommodation in the heart of Windermere village. A recently refurbished former gentleman’s residence that has a unique art-deco feel having been stylishly decorated in modern relaxing tones which blend beautifully with original features such as our original tiled flooring, the 19th Century stained glass windows, the ornate fireplaces and cornicing and our fully restored pitch pine staircase, doors and shutters.

Our beautiful Guest Lounge features large comfortable leather sofas in which to chill out in front of a 42inch flat screen Plasma Television and throughout all of the public areas we feature a splendid collection of limited edition Art Nouveau prints, French Cafe style art from the 1920’s and wood and stone carvings from around the world.

1 Park Road offers a Fully Licensed Bar and Dining Room with a superb selection of wines, continental beers, spirits and liqueurs. We are also well known for our extensive collection of laid-back eclectic music that we feature whilst Dining. Our Bistro-style Candlelit Dinners are increasingly popular, particularly with our return visitors.

All of our extremely spacious, high-ceiling rooms can comfortably cater for singles, couples and families up to four. They all enjoy excellent quality furniture and linen, high quality mattresses, private En-suite shower facilities, Colour TV, CD Player and Tea & Coffee making facilities. A DVD player is also featured in all of the guest rooms, and you can rent a movie from our growing library for the entire duration of your stay.

Our Superior Rooms at 1 Park Road are even larger and include extra space in which to relax, three of them feature King Size Beds and Flat Screen TV's.

Our 6 guest rooms are situated over 2 floors and most have views across the rooftops of Windermere and the fells that surround the Lake.
