    • Torrisdale Castle Estate - Torrisdale Castle, Carradale, Kintyre
    We have 3 comfortable, spacious apartments on the ground floor of Torrisdale Castle and 5 traditional cottages on Torrisdale Estate. Sleeping 2--10 they are all in tranquill surroundings on the east coast of the Kintyre Peninsula with spectacular views accross the sea to the Isle Of Arran.

    3 miles from the fishing village of Carradale which has excellant pubs and restaurants and 13 miles from Campbeltown with swimming pool and cinema.
    Torrisdale is a wooded estate with a wealth of bird and other wildlife. In May and June there is a fantastic display of azaleas and rhodedendrons.

    Within easy walking distance of a small sandy beach, we have a small rowing boat available. Carradale beach, which has almost a mile of sand, is just 3 miles away.
    The 9 hole golf course at Carradale is quite tricky and has beautiful views from all the tees (golfing offers available). South of Campbeltown are the 18 hole course at Dunaverty and the Championship course at Macrihannish.
