    • Oxwich Leisure Park Chalet Ref: LCP - Self-catering Holiday Chalet
    This lovely chalet has been freshly decorated throughout. It has a very smart lounge/diner with a newly carpeted floor, very comfortable seating and a pine dining table with four chairs. For your entertainment there are a radio, colour TV, a VCR, DVD and a selection of movies.

    The brand new kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped, including an electric hob and fan assisted oven. It also has a fridge with an ice box, a microwave oven, and of course plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils, etc. Mains electricity is supplied via a £1 coin meter.

    There are two bedrooms, sleeping four persons. Bedroom One has a double bed, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. Bedroom Two has bunk beds, a bedside cabinet, a chest of drawers and a three door wardrobe, and both bedrooms have blinds and curtains. Quilts and pillows are supplied, but linen is not.

    The bathroom has been recently very tastefully retiled and has an electric shower over the bath, a washbasin and WC.

    Large patio doors in the lounge lead onto a southwest facing patio at the front of this chalet, where you can enjoy the sun until about 4pm each afternoon, and the allocated parking is just a few yards away.

    There is a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for your safety and peace of mind. There is also a Guest Information Book and collection of brochures and leaflets about some of the many tourist attractions in the area.

    OXWICH LEISURE PARK
    Set on a gently sloping hillside and peacefully overlooking the splendour of Oxwich Bay, this beautifully landscaped site lies on the edge of the lovely old village of Oxwich. It is only a few minutes walk from a clean sandy beach, and surrounded by the magnificent Gower scenery which is so popular with walkers and nature lovers, although it is only about twenty minutes drive from Swansea.

    In the village there is a good General Store/Newsagents/Off Licence with a Café, and a lovely little church in the edge of the woods. Also, with a patio garden on the edge of the bay, is the Oxwich Bay Hotel, which serves drinks, good meals and snacks all day, all year round.

    There is a public car park right by the beach, and you can book boat trips from there to explore the beautiful coastline. Behind the beach, there are fabulous sand dunes and Oxwich Nature Reserve which is famous for its very varied flora and fauna.

    There are three golf courses, an archery centre, ariding school, a surf school and many other activities available in the area.
