Broom House Cottage has been converted from an existing barn, and has been developed and decorated to a high standard. It has two comfortable bedrooms, which sleeps four people. The fully furnished lounge and kitchen are attractive and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen also has a washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a bath and shower.

:: Riverside Cottage - Esk Terrace, Egton Bridge

Riverside Cottage has spacious accommodation on two floors. The ground floor has a large dining kitchen well equipped with an Aga cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave (the washer and dryer are housed in the laundry room). The lounge has an open fire, comfortable furniture with good views of the garden and riverside. Heating is supplied through radiators and is all-inclusive of the rental cost. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over the bath. Outside is a south facing garden ideal for barbeques and relaxing in the summer. All linen is provided.

Next door to Riverside cottage this charming cottage has a double bedroom and a small single bedroom. New traditional bathroom with shower over the bath. The house has an open plan sitting room and kitchen and is heated by a log fire and electric radiators. There is a large south facing garden leading down to the river, enclosed with a substantial fence.
